PUPPY APPLICATION
Please answer all questions thoroughly. We will use this application to identify the puppy that best suits your family’s needs and desires. Once your application has been approved, you will be asked to submit a non refundable reservation deposit of $500.00 to hold your placement for a puppy. Your reservation will be applied to the adoption fee of $3,500 plus applicable sales tax for your puppy. We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your application.
Your $500 deposit will be applied to the total price of the puppy. The remaining balance for your puppy will be due when the puppy is six weeks old.
All of our puppies are sold as desexed pet companions unless otherwise requested, please note that breeding puppies are sold on limited contracts and at a much higher fee and should be reserved well in advance.
